With 37 years in the digital payments industry, I’ve been a driving force behind innovations like NFC mobile payments, co-founding Omnyway to enhance digital wallet payments and seamless shopping experiences. As a pioneer in the field, I played a key role in establishing magnetic stripe cards, smart cards, and internet payments as secure and efficient payment methods. My work with ViVOtech helped pave the way for mobile payments like Apple Pay and Android Pay, shipping over a million NFC readers globally. Often dubbed “Mr. Contactless” and a security guru, my passion for advancing payment technologies has left a lasting impact on the industry.
